1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HD Garage LLC ("HD Garage," "we," "us," "our") services, website, and merchandise. By booking a service, purchasing merchandise, or otherwise interacting with HD Garage, you agree to these terms.

HD Garage operates out of 2570 Plainfield Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076.

2. Age & Eligibility

HD Garage's website and services are intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. By booking a service, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under New Jersey law.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), HD Garage does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through this site or any HD Garage service, we will delete that information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted information to us should contact dwarbeck@hdgaragellc.com immediately so we can remove it.

Users between 13 and 17 may browse the Site for informational purposes only but may not book services, place orders, submit personal information, or enter into any transaction without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Services Offered

HD Garage provides automotive services including but not limited to:

Service descriptions on the website are general overviews. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are determined per-vehicle and confirmed in writing before work begins on quoted jobs.

4. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits. Quoted services (turbo, engine builds, wraps, PPF) require a refundable reservation deposit at the time of booking. The deposit secures your appointment slot. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a build consultation.

Refunds. Reservation deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may forfeit the deposit at HD Garage's discretion.

No-shows. Customers who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may forfeit any deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.

Free Consultations. Build consultations do not require a deposit. We ask that you call or DM to cancel if you can't make it.

5. Vehicle Drop-off & Storage

Customers are responsible for removing personal items from their vehicle before drop-off. HD Garage is not liable for the loss of, or damage to, personal property left in vehicles.

HD Garage offers limited overnight storage as a courtesy. Vehicles left for extended periods without active service may be subject to storage fees, communicated in advance.

6. Workmanship & Warranty

HD Garage stands behind its work. Specific warranty terms for parts, labor, and installed components vary by service and are communicated in writing at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, racing, modification by other shops, or normal wear.

HD Garage is not the manufacturer of the parts installed and passes through manufacturer warranties where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD Garage's total liability arising out of or relating to any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. HD Garage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Performance modifications may affect emissions compliance, insurance coverage, and vehicle warranties. Customers acknowledge they have evaluated these implications independently.

8. Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

All sales final. HD Garage does not accept returns or exchanges on apparel or accessories. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing an order.

Defects. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Card Processing Surcharge. A 3.2% surcharge is applied to card payments to offset card processing costs. This is disclosed before checkout.

9. Shipping

Orders ship via standard carriers within 3–7 business days. Local pickup is available at the shop. HD Garage is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss in transit; refer to the carrier for claims.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, photography, copy, and design elements, are the property of HD Garage LLC and its licensors. Customer build photos may appear on the HD Garage Instagram and website unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

11. Changes to These Terms

HD Garage may revise these terms at any time. The most current version applies. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Union County, New Jersey.
